After receiving the signatures and information on a “Standard Offer to Purchase Real Estate Agreement”, we will send it to the title company to be handling the process to open title with escrow, which takes an average of 5 business days to process, to see if there are any unpaid balances or tax liens on the property.
Once the title is clear or complete and we know there are no any outstanding balances, we will start the funding process and set the closing date with the title company
